Hybrid working - 3x week in our office in Reading (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Role Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound prospecting through cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn/social media activity to generate and develop new opportunities for clients
- Work closely with Account Managers to develop account strategies and campaign plans
- Build a deep understanding of each client’s target market, customer profile, and value proposition
- Deliver against client sales and business transformation objectives
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers within target organisations
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting through CRM systems
- Contribute ideas and insight to improve campaign performance and client outcomes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in business and technology
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels of an organisation
- Confident using LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach as prospecting tools
