Junior Account Manager
The Junior Account Manager supports the Account Management team in retaining and growing revenue across a portfolio of customers. This role is designed to build core commercial and customer management skills, with a clear pathway to owning accounts independently.
You will play a key role in supporting customer relationships, contributing to renewals and expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers realise value from the company’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Support Account Managers in managing relationships across assigned customer accounts
- Act as a day-to-day contact for operational and commercial queries
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business goals
- Participate in customer meetings, account reviews, and renewal discussions
- Assist in preparing materials for customer reviews (e.g., QBRs)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product/Engineering, Finance, and RevOps
Commercial Support & Opportunity Development
- Support renewal preparation and commercial processes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist with commercial documentation (contracts, pricing updates)
- Track customer adoption and usage trends
- Contribute to account planning and pipeline development
- Follow defined sales processes and governance
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate account records and activity in Salesforce
- Support pipeline and renewal tracking
- Ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are logged
- Develop strong CRM discipline and reporting habits
