Junior Account Manager

The Junior Account Manager supports the Account Management team in retaining and growing revenue across a portfolio of customers. This role is designed to build core commercial and customer management skills, with a clear pathway to owning accounts independently.

You will play a key role in supporting customer relationships, contributing to renewals and expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers realise value from the company’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Support Account Managers in managing relationships across assigned customer accounts
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for operational and commercial queries
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business goals
  • Participate in customer meetings, account reviews, and renewal discussions
  • Assist in preparing materials for customer reviews (e.g., QBRs)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product/Engineering, Finance, and RevOps

Commercial Support & Opportunity Development

  • Support renewal preparation and commercial processes
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Assist with commercial documentation (contracts, pricing updates)
  • Track customer adoption and usage trends
  • Contribute to account planning and pipeline development
  • Follow defined sales processes and governance

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate account records and activity in Salesforce
  • Support pipeline and renewal tracking
  • Ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are logged
  • Develop strong CRM discipline and reporting habits
