Creative Diversity Network (CDN) is a UK-focused non-profit industry body dedicated to putting equality at the heart of broadcasting. Through collaboration with major broadcasters and sector partners, CDN uses data-driven tools like its Diamond diversity monitoring system to measure, understand and improve representation both on-screen and behind the scenes. Its work brings the industry together to share best practice, drive actionable change and ensure a more inclusive future for UK television.

About the role

CDN, in collaboration with The Everyone Project, is developing a new and improved version of diversity data collection tool and research programme, Diamond.

We’re looking for an organised Product Coordinator to help keep track of product development and testing timelines, queries and dependencies, in collaboration with the project team, Testing Manager and technical provider.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in this impactful project by:

  • Creating and tracking research, testing and product delivery timelines
  • Tracking product queries and tasks, to make sure they’re dealt with on time
  • Arranging meetings and workshops
  • Gathering and summarising feedback from members, partners and users
  • Sharing progress updates with team members and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the Testing Manager to coordinate quality assurance exercises and test the tool against business requirements and user workflows
  • Collaborating on product documentation, launch materials and user training resources
  • Supporting varied project activities

About you

You’ll bring confidence and care to everything you do. We’re looking for someone who has:

Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting projects or product delivery in a coordination capacity
  • Ability to track timelines, actions and deliverables accurately and proactively
  • Experience supporting user testing or quality assurance activities
  • Understanding of how to effectively document web application bugs/changes
  • Highly organised, with great attention to detail
  • Confident taking notes, capturing actions and producing summaries
  • Proficient in Office 365 and familiar with task or project management tools (e.g. Linear, Microsoft Planner)
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Committed to equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility

Desirable

  • Experience of product development or digital delivery environments
  • Intermediate use of Excel or equivalent
  • Experience of television production, or the wider creative industries
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in small, fast-moving teams
