Are you an experienced BMS (Building Management System) professional looking to lead cutting-edge projects in high-tech data centres? Clear are looking for a BMS Lead to join my clients dynamic team in London and play a key role in managing and optimising our mission-critical facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems across multiple data centre sites.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring adherence to timelines, standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise building systems including HVAC, power, and environmental controls.
• Collaborate with operations and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of critical infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for energy efficiency and system reliability.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a BMS Lead or Senior Engineer in data centre environments.
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or building services.
