Responsibilities

• Developing BMS software strategies, graphics, and system architecture for new and existing projects
• Supporting commissioning activities remotely, collaborating with onsite engineers
• Troubleshooting and optimising system performance
• Working closely with project managers and fellow engineers to ensure high-quality delivery
• Contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes and templates

Desired Experience

• Strong BMS software engineering skills (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Cylon, Schneider, or similar)
• Experience delivering BMS projects from concept through to handover
• A passion for technical problem-solving and clean, consistent programming
• The ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the wider team
• A proactive mindset with an interest in helping shape a growing department
