Adobe AEM Technical Consultant – Contract

London/Remote Hybrid

ClearCourse is a fast-growing SaaS and payments group with over 45 brands across multiple sectors. We are undertaking a major transformation of our digital estate and are looking for an Adobe AEM Technical Consultant (Contractor) to lead the build and migration of our web presence onto Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

This is a high-profile contract role for a hands-on AEM expert who enjoys delivery ownership, complex migrations, and working with modern Adobe Experience Cloud tooling.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple website migrations onto Adobe AEM
• Build production-ready AEM pages from approved Figma designs using existing component libraries
• Migrate and restructure content while protecting URLs, redirects and SEO value
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Assets, Analytics, Target and Journey Optimizer
• Configure performance, caching and page load optimisation across sites
• Ensure governance, consistency and best-practice implementation
• Resolve technical build, integration and performance issues
• Work closely with design, marketing and technical teams
• Produce documentation and support smooth internal handover

What You’ll Bring

• Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
• Strong knowledge of AEM architecture (Author/Publish, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher)
• Proven experience with HTL (Sightly) and component configuration
• Strong background in large-scale content migration and content modelling
• Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud products
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, caching and Core Web Vitals
• Solid technical SEO knowledge within AEM
• Experience working within governed enterprise AEM environments
• Confident communicator able to work autonomously and with senior stakeholders
