Fulfilment Operations Supervisor

Location: Waterlooville | Permanent  Reporting to: General Manager

Giftpro is a leading hospitality gift voucher platform, powering beautifully branded gifting experiences for some of the UK’s best-known hospitality brands. Following our move to Waterlooville, we’re growing our operations team and are looking for a Fulfilment Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our physical voucher fulfilment operation.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our customer experience. You’ll run the day-to-day fulfilment operation, ensuring vouchers are printed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time — especially during our busy festive peak.

What you’ll do

• Run the daily physical fulfilment operation for printed gift vouchers
• Work hands-on while supervising workflow and priorities
• Line manage one permanent team member and oversee temporary staff during peak periods
• Monitor stock levels and carry out regular stock checks and stock takes
• Liaise with print and fulfilment suppliers, escalating issues when needed
• Support operational reporting and peak readiness
• Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient fulfilment workspace
• Obtain and hold a Personal Alcohol Licence to support alcohol-related vouchers
