Location: Manchester - Hybrid - Permanent Reporting to: Head of Order to Cash

ClearCourse is a fast-growing SaaS and payments group, powering innovative technology across multiple sectors. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior OtC Associate to play a pivotal role in accelerating cash collection, reducing aged debt, and mentoring our OtC team.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys improving processes, and wants to be a go-to expert within a critical finance function.

• Drive timely collections and reduce aged debt through focused prioritisation

• Produce weekly Top 30 debtor reports and monthly bad debt reporting

• Support customer credit reviews and aged debt analysis

• Process invoices, credit notes, cash and payments accurately and on time

• Maintain customer and contract data in NetSuite

• Act as first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders

• Mentor OtC Associates and support their development

• Support audits and onboarding of new acquisitions

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across OtC processes

Desirable: Credit Management qualification, NetSuite exposure, audit support experience.
