We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support & Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role working alongside our technical team. As a Support & Implementation Engineer, you will be tasked with deploying, configuring and integrating our OpSuite POS software solutions for clients who are based all over the UK. 

• Epos Hardware setup and on-site implementation
• Internal IT support
• Conduct tests to ensure software systems are operating as expected
• 1st and 2nd Line technical support help desk
• Image deployment: Deploy Windows OS images using tools like FOG
• Collaboration: Work closely with our customer base to ensure a smooth deployment of our OpSuite POS solution
• This role requires travel between sites across the UK

• Experience working with Microsoft Windows Platforms
• Experience of Microsoft Windows SQL
• Good understanding of network switches & routers
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Hardware assembly & implementation experience (we can teach Epos) 
• Highly organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
