Customer Service Administrator

Role: Customer Service Administrator (Telco/IoT)Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire (Hybrid - 1 day per week WFH after probation)Hours: Full Time Pay: £25,000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's expanding IoT team. This role will involve supporting UK-based channel partners with the provisioning, management, and servicing of IoT solutions, ensuring high standards of accuracy and customer service across multiple systems and platforms.

The Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving approach
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology and systems
• Comfortable speaking with customers and partners over the phone

The Role:

• Provision new business orders across various network platforms
• Process in-life changes and manage requests using internal and external portals
• Enter data accurately into network and billing systems
• Communicate clearly with partners and customers via phone and email
• Liaise with billing teams to ensure correct configuration of products and tariffs
• Build product knowledge within the IoT portfolio
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and support wider business projects
