Role: Laboratory Project Manager
Location: Field-based - UK & Ireland (Travel across the UK and Ireland required)
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £185 - £240 (PAYE excluding holiday pay) or £230 - £300 (UMB) per day
Contract: 12-month contract - Inside IR35
An excellent 12-month contract opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory Project Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a global leader in healthcare diagnostics.
This role will lead large-scale implementation programmes across the UK and Ireland, delivering complex healthcare technology rollouts while working closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

The Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale project rollouts
- Previous Project Management experience within NHS wards, laboratories, glucose or Point of Care environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing project plans, risks, budgets, and governance
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent project management qualification desirable
The Role
- Deliver end-to-end healthcare implementation projects
- Manage multiple project workstreams and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers
- Chair project meetings and provide governance updates
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and performance
- Ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement throughout project delivery
