Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Location: Brighton area (Hybrid - 3 days office based)

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + commission (OTE up to £65,000 per annum)

An excellent opportunity to join a growing technology company in the Brighton area. This role is ideal for a Computer Science graduate looking to move into a sales career or a 1st/2nd Line Engineer keen to transition into a more client-facing, commercial role.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a target-driven role or technical customer environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
• Tenacious and proactive approach with strong listening skills
• Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and online
• Knowledge or interest in IT, networking, or cloud technologies
• CRM experience and ability to manage sales pipelines

Role

• Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and winning new business
• Manage renewals and upgrades for existing clients
• Identify and research new target markets and prospects
• Liaise between clients and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and negotiate contract terms
• Maintain accurate client data and forecasts within CRM systems
