2nd Line Support Engineer

Our client, a Microsoft Cloud partner, is currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Service Desk Technician to join their growing team. The 2nd Line Service Desk Technician will ideally have a background working for an MSP previously. this is a fantastic opporuntiy to support a wide range of Microsfot products!

The 2nd Line Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing remote and onsite support to a range of clients.

Key Experience for the 2nd Line Service Desk Technician

  • Experience in an IT Service Desk Environment
  • Good customer awareness, ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Office 365
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Azure including Virtual servers and Intune/Endpoint Manager
  • SharePoint Online
  • Exchange Online
  • Exchange Hybrid with 365
  • Windows 10/11
  • Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019/2022
  • Backup Solutions - (Acronis, Azure Backups)
  • Active Directory
  • Networking and Firewall Configuration (Palo Alto, UDM Pro, Draytek etc)
  • Wifi - Unifi
  • VPNs - IPSEC/PPTP/SSL/SSTP & Azure VPN
  • DHCP, DNS, Group Policies
