Project Manager

Our client, an established Building services and Integration company, is currently recruiting a Project Manager with Structured Cabling to join their design and build team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, from bid stage through to handover.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager :

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective planning and progress management
• Coordinating on-site installation teams and liaising with other site personnel ensures smooth and efficient delivery, while all necessary project documentation is managed effectively.
• Support Pre-sales with operational guidance during the tender and bid process

• Own the production process for client construction and 'as built' documentation.

Skills Required for the Project Manager :

• At least 5 years relevant practical experience in a similar role
• Familiar with containment installation, different types, environments, and uses.
• Awareness of Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, Electronic Security, IoT, and Wired & Wireless Network architecture.
• Strong communication skills
