Lead Generation Specialist
Our client is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The Lead Generator will be joining an expanding IT Sales company, driving sales through generating leads. The Lead Generation Specialist must have a hunger, passion and drive for sales and at least 1 year in a sales role.
Key Responsibilities for the Lead Generation Specialist:
- B2B cold calling to generate sales leads
- Drive sales through lead generation inclusive of prospecting, appointment setting, event registration and surveys
- Updating and maintaining our contact database
- Making outbound telephone calls to companies within the UK to discover and contact key decision-makers
- Qualifying sales opportunities
- Setting up meetings for the Account Management team
- Promoting the company offerings via email/telephone calls
- Proving a point of contact for potential clients
Skills Required for the Lead Generation Specialist:
- Office experience is desirable
- Computer literate
- Cold calling experience/phone sales
- Hunger, drive and motivation to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
