In this role as the Senior Digital Designer you'll be a key part of a team that creates work with meaning and impact. You'll lead on the design of engaging and accessible digital content, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's values while putting users first.
Your responsibilities as the Senior Digital Designer will include:

- User-Centric Thinking: Conducting user research and applying insights to create designs that are clear, simple, and effective.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to build accessible experiences from the ground up.
- Design Systems: Contributing to and maintaining a robust, accessible design system that ensures visual consistency and efficiency.
- Iteration & Feedback: Creating testable design drafts, seeking input, and refining based on feedback.
- Brand Identity: Upholding and evolving the organisation's visual identity through thoughtful, inclusive design choices.
- Trendspotting: Staying on top of the latest design tools and techniques, sharing your knowledge and inspiring others.
What We're Looking For:
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong digital design background who wants to work for a values-driven organisation. You'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a digital design role or similar creative environment.
- A standout portfolio showcasing accessible, user-focused digital design work.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- A solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ADA, Section 508) and a commitment to inclusive design.
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and apps, with an eye for responsive layout and clean UX.
- Bonus points for HTML/CSS knowledge and an understanding of how design translates into front-end code.
- Strong communication skills - you can clearly explain your design decisions and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
If you're looking to use your skills to make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and shape digital experiences that do good.
