Data Engineer

Data Engineers at Clevertouch are part of a wider DevLabs department, supporting their colleagues in building, maintaining and managing complex data connectivity, remediation and control tools.

Supporting on both client and internal projects, Engineers can work on complex data challenges, across a wide array of technologies, ecosystems and almost always against the backdrop of messy data models.

Whether you're writing new Python modules, in a client platform to rebuild their data model, or leveraging a series of API tools to bridge the integration gaps between their systems, supporting our Developers or Analysts on our range of SaaS products or launching new services, Data Engineers are problem solvers at heart.

Solving these difficulties with technical solutions is just one part of the puzzle, as you also must be able to engage with our clients, offering consultative guidance on best practices, supporting their wider ambitions and ensuring you are also working to enhance both our own offering, but also to help progress and improve the industry as a whole.

Even as a Data Engineer, you'll need to have an analytical mind, supporting on data audits or reviews, as well as jumping into some more consultative work, helping to build processes in platforms, grow your pool of certifications and expanding your capabilities and skills in a variety of areas.
