Junior IT Sales Executive – London Area

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior IT Sales Executive to join our growing team and support sales activities in the Greater London area. Perfect for someone early in their sales career who wants to build expertise in IT/tech solutions!

About the role

This is a full-time, hybrid position (mix of remote work and on-site presence as needed). You'll support lead generation, nurture prospects, assist with existing accounts, and help drive new business opportunities by promoting our innovative IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospecting and generating leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualifying inbound leads and setting up meetings for senior team members
  • Supporting account management: following up with clients, identifying upsell opportunities
  • Researching client needs and presenting tailored IT solutions (cybersecurity, cloud, digital transformation, IT governance, etc.)
  • Collaborating with the team to build sales pipelines and meet targets
  • Maintaining CRM records and providing basic reporting
  • Learning and growing in a fast-paced tech sales environment

What we're looking for

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred; tech/IT sales is a big plus but not required)
  • Strong interest in IT/technology trends and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – confident on calls and emails
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and hit targets
  • Good negotiation basics and ability to build relationships
  • Team player with positive attitude

Nice-to-have

  • Some exposure to selling cybersecurity, cloud services, SaaS, or digital solutions
  • Basic network or connections in the London business/IT scene
  • Fluency in English (essential); additional languages are a plus

What we offer

  • Competitive salary: £28,000–£38,000 base + attractive commission (OTE £40,000–£55,000 in year 1, uncapped potential)
