Our client is a small but growing Managed Service Provider specialising in Unified Communications and Connectivity. They are looking for a passionate and career minded individual starting out in the IT/telecoms arena wanting to join a company that will invest time and money developing their skills.

To be selected, above all else you must be a driven and passionate individual with 1 years’ experience in Hosted Voice/VoIP. They are looking for someone with the personality and drive to engage well with customers. They are looking for someone working into multiple business units covering Unified Communications, Network Connectivity and IT Services.

Your responsibilities will include:

· 1st/2nd line Maintenance diagnosis/replacements for hardware/software

· Installation and programming of cloud Telephony & Contact Centre platforms and application software, both remotely and on the customer premises – Gamma, MS Teams/Skype for Business, 8X8, SIP, Network Connectivity, LAN, WAN

Office based role in Milton Keynes

Salary £25-£30K
