SC Cleared IT Engineer - Bristol - £25.75 per hour umbrella - CONTRACT

We are recruiting for a SC Cleared IT Technician on contract for our Defence client based in their Bristol offices.

Job Description

Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Manage and maintain onsite stock, including inventory control and regular audits.

Perform hardware builds and configuration tasks as required.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.

Collaborate closely with the OFS Team Manager on all operational matters.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a technical support or IT engineering role.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Familiarity with ITSM tools and stock management processes is desirable.

Additional Comments (Clearances, special conditions, Briefing call notes etc.)

Must have current active SC clearance that can be transferred over.
