SC Cleared ServiceNow CMDB & Configuration Manager - Edinburgh/Hybrid - £550.00 Per Day Umbrella

We are recruiting for a SC Cleared ServiceNow CMDB & Configuration Manager for a leading IT Service provider, this is a hybrid role.

As the ServiceNow CMDB & Configuration Manager you will take ownership of the operational management and ongoing improvement of a large-scale CMDB.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management processes.
• Ensure CI correctness, completeness and data quality.
• Monitor and improve Discovery data quality.
• Manage new and updated Service Mappings.
• Work with CI/Data Owners to resolve data quality issues.
• Produce CMDB reporting and management information.
• Participate in the CMDB Working Group and ServiceNow Centre of Excellence.
• Help transition the current CMDB recovery activity into an effective BAU operating model.
• Drive continuous improvement across CMDB governance and data quality.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong ServiceNow CMDB experience in a BAU/operational environment.
• Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB best practice.
• Experience managing CI/data quality and working with technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Active SC Clearance - essential.

Desirable: ServiceNow ITOM, CSDM, CMDB remediation/recovery and experience within complex or regulated environments.

This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35
