Job Description: Founding Product & Integration Lead (The "Product Specialist")

The Role
We are looking for a Founding Product & Integration Lead—a rare "multi-minded" specialist who is part engineer, part UX designer, and part market strategist. You will be the bridge between our core technology and the global market.
This isn't a "management-only" role. You will get your hands dirty testing APIs, designing user flows for our launch, and pitching the platform to corporate partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that when a user in the UK clicks "Pay Bill," the integration with a seller in Africa or Asia executes flawlessly.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the launch of the ClicknShare platform, from finalising the UX of the mobile/web app to overseeing the "checkout" experience.
- API Evangelism & Integration: Act as the technical point of contact for remittance providers and global sellers. You’ll help them integrate with our APIs and troubleshoot technical hurdles.
- Quality & Resilience Testing: Rigorously test the platform’s logic. You will hunt for edge cases in cross-border transactions to ensure 100% reliability.
- Market Growth & Presentation: Create the narrative for ClicknShare. You will present the product to corporate clients and partners, explaining both the technical "how" and the commercial "why."
- User Advocacy: Use data and feedback to iterate on the product. You’ll ensure the platform is intuitive for someone who has never used a "purpose-based" remittance service before.

- Technically Fluent: You can read and test APIs, understand system architecture, and speak the language of our engineering team.

- The "Swiss Army Knife": You are comfortable moving from a technical debugging session to a marketing strategy meeting, then to a high-stakes partner pitch.
- Mission-Driven: You are excited by the prospect of solving the "misuse of funds" problem and want to build something with tangible social impact.
Experience We Value (but not deal-breakers)
- Previous experience in a high-growth Fintech startup (especially in payments or remittances).
- Experience with API-led products and B2B integrations.
- A background in Product Management, Technical Account Management, or Full-Stack Engineering with a pivot to Product.
- Familiarity with the UK regulatory landscape (FCA) and global payout ecosystems.
