Senior Product Designer (B2C) London / WFH to £90k

Are you a commercially minded Product Designer with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills?

As a Senior Product Designer primarily support the conversion team to drive customer sign ups, onboarding and revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with the product team to run the full design process from ideation through to implementation encompassing UX, UI, prototyping and testing. You will use data to make informed decisions, proactively monitoring and implementing findings from customer testing and research and contribute to thought leadership in the design process.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid model with two days a week work from home, when you are in the office you'll be based in the City with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of facilities including roof terrace, restaurant and break out areas.

About you:

• You have strong Product Design experience working on complex B2C products
• You have experience of translating business and customer needs into elegant ideas that are perfectly executed
• You have a portfolio of design work (typography, grid systems, cross-platform UI) and are able to create prototypes
• You are a data driven decision maker
• You have experience of working on complex products in a range of environments, i.e. start-ups through to enterprise scale organisations
• You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills
