Sitting at the intersection of technology, trading and customer success, you'll work closely with clients as well as Product and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional technical support, seamless integrations and continuous platform improvements.You'll own the technical relationship throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring client environments remain reliable, high performing and aligned with their business objectives. From investigating complex technical issues and coordinating incident resolution through to delivering onboarding, product training and workflow optimisation, you'll play a pivotal role in customer success.You'll also partner with the commercial team during pre-sales engagements, advising on technical feasibility, integration requirements and implementation planning.
