As an Integration Engineer you'll collaborate closely with marketing and a newly formed team that spans voice (including AI voice) and telephony, chat bot and digital messaging, marketing and service automation, campaign execution and analytics to act as the technical resource in the team and to put systems and controls in place.
You'll establish engineering discipline and change safety across customer engagement systems and help to define where engineering-led automation ends and RPA-led optimisation begins, in partnership with the Head of Continuous Improvement & RPA.
Location / WFH: You'll the team in Grantham three days a week with flexibility to work from home the other two days.
