As we continue expanding our presence in the United Kingdom, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to help drive revenue growth and establish a strong market presence.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to support the growth of Cloud Assess in the UK market. This is a high-impact, autonomous role suited to a self-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales based in Australia, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle across both inbound and outbound channels. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to play a key role in building the UK sales function.
For the right candidate, there is strong potential for career progression into leadership, including the opportunity to help build and lead a UK sales team as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution
- Own the full end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new business.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Qualify, manage, and convert marketing-generated MQLs into new customers.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate new pipeline and opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers across target organisations.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Manage your pipeline and sales activities within the CRM.
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with marketing to optimise inbound lead conversion.
Market Development
- Identify new opportunities within the workplace training, workforce compliance, and vocational learning sectors.
- Target organisations within sectors such as workplace safety, training providers, and vocational education.
- Position Cloud Assess as a trusted LMS solution for frontline workforce training.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong experience managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions into business, training, or workforce-related sectors is highly regarded.
- Experience working with global companies and across international time zones would be advantageous
