Digital Service Designer - Remote - Urgent!

Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced Digital Service Designer to join a high-profile project for a leading company.

The role is fully remote, and is inside of IR35.

Deliverables:

. Service Blueprints: End-to-end mapping of user interactions, processes, systems and pain points across the p prescription journey (as-is and to-be).
. Personas: Evidence-based user personas that reflect the needs, behaviours, and contexts of key user groups (eg patients, GPs, pharmacy users).
. User Needs & Pain Point Mapping: Visualisation and documentation of known user needs and common challenges across the service.
. As-is Journey Maps: Illustrations of current user flows, highlighting friction points and gaps.
. To-be Journey Maps: Proposed future journeys reflecting improved service experiences informed by research.
. User Needs Repository: Ongoing ownership and curation of the user needs repository, ensuring it is kept up to date and usable by the wider team for decision-making.

Key Skills and must have' experience:

. Experience of GDS/NHS/Government Digital services desirable.
. Thorough knowledge of design thinking and user-centred design
. Experience leading service design projects with clients delivering outcomes, not just outputs
. Experience producing high-quality service design and user experience artefacts such as personas, user journeys, prototypes, and blueprints.
. An ability to synthesise user insights, market data and global trends - and turning them into great user experiences
. Collaborative mindset to work with clients and developers to bring designs to life, balancing user needs, business requirements and technical constraints
. Ability to engage in usability testing to continuously iterate ideas and designs
. Keen interest in UX design best practices and trends, and how to incorporate these into deliverables
. Experience running workshops with our clients and present deliverables to senior stakeholders
