We’re partnering with a global, employee-owned insurance and risk advisory group to hire an Azure Architect into their growing technology function.

The Role

This is a key architecture position, responsible for shaping and delivering Azure-based solutions across the organisation.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and hands-on delivery - designing scalable cloud environments while working closely with engineering teams to bring them to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and owning Azure architecture across multiple platforms
• Driving best practices across cloud infrastructure and security
• Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Influencing technical direction within a fast-growing, evolving business
• Supporting the transition toward modern, cloud-first architectures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience designing Azure-based solutions
• Background in cloud engineering, platform, or infrastructure roles
• Ability to balance architecture with hands-on technical involvement
• Experience working in dynamic, non-consultancy environments (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
