Senior FinOps Analyst

We’re partnered with one of the UK’s leading technology services businesses to hire a Senior FinOps Analyst into a growing Cloud & FinOps practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a billion-pound technology organisation with top-tier partnerships across Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud, supporting customers ranging from SMBs through to large enterprise environments.

The role is ideal for someone with strong FinOps and cloud economics experience who enjoys combining technical cost optimisation expertise with customer-facing consultancy and advisory work.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud cost optimisation and FinOps best practice
• Supporting organisations in understanding and improving their cloud spend across AWS, Azure and GCP
• Delivering detailed reporting and insights around cloud usage, optimisation opportunities and cost visibility
• Working with cloud cost management platforms such as CloudHealth, Flexera, Cloudability or similar tooling
• Helping customers build long-term FinOps strategies and improve cloud financial governance
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Driving continuous improvement across FinOps processes, tooling and customer delivery
• Collaborating with internal cloud, managed services and consultancy teams

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience within FinOps, Cloud Economics or Cloud Cost Optimisation
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure and/or GCP billing and optimisation models
• Experience using platforms such as CloudHealth, Flexera, Cloudability or native cloud tooling
• FinOps Practitioner Certification preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
• Experience working within a consultancy, MSP, VAR or cloud services environment is highly desirable
• Passion for continuous improvement, mentoring and customer success
