AI is transforming how businesses work but the smart ones are learning to build with it.
This Private Equity-backed Microsoft Partner is scaling fast across Cloud and AI, and they're now looking for a Power Platform / Copilot Developer to bring automation, integration, and intelligent agent development to life.
This is a role for a builder, someone who can join the dots between systems, spot opportunities to automate, and turn them into working Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design and build Power Platform solutions that streamline business processes across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
- Develop and integrate Copilot Studio agents that connect into core systems (like Autotask) via APIs enabling smarter, AI-driven workflows.
- Work directly with stakeholders to map out processes, identify inefficiencies, and deliver automation through Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Build integrations across Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SQL, and REST APIs to create connected, scalable solutions.
- Support document automation (e.g. converting scopes of work into consistent PDF outputs) and workflow orchestration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prototype, refine, and embed new automations that improve how the business operates.
- Help shape a growing library of reusable Copilot agent templates that can be rolled out to customers as a service.
What You'll Bring
- Solid experience with Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Proven background in API integration, SQL, or data-driven automation.
- Exposure to or keen interest in Copilot Studio / conversational AI development.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365).
- A curious, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to work closely with non-technical teams.
Why This Role's Different
- You'll be the first dedicated developer shaping how Copilot and Power Platform automation evolve inside a PE-backed Microsoft Partner.
- It's the bridge between internal efficiency and customer innovation, building what becomes a scalable Copilot service offering.
- You'll work directly with leadership and technical stakeholders, influencing both strategy and delivery.
- Hybrid working with flexibility, ideally within reach of Basildon (Essex) or Yateley (Hampshire/Surrey) for regular collaboration.
