They are looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to operate in the Microsoft ecosystem and can open doors within the professional services market. This role is focused on winning new customers, landing initial opportunities and expanding those relationships through Microsoft cloud, security and managed services solutions.
The business operates with strong technical capability across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security and Azure, supported by architects and delivery teams who can design and implement complex solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within corporate and enterprise organisations across the professional services sector
- Build senior relationships within technology and business leadership teams
- Position Microsoft cloud solutions across Microsoft 365, Security and Azure services
- Identify opportunities to land initial Microsoft engagements and expand accounts over time
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client challenges and strategic priorities
- Work closely with technical architects and presales teams to develop compelling solution proposals
- Manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue and navigate multi stakeholder sales cycles
- Develop long term account strategies to drive growth across Microsoft cloud and managed services
Ideal Experience
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager or new business sales role within a Microsoft partner or IT services organisation
- Experience selling Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security or Azure services
- Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing and commercial structures
- Track record of opening new accounts and expanding relationships within corporate or enterprise customers
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and running consultative sales conversations
- Comfortable operating in longer, multi stakeholder sales cycles
- A proactive and inquisitive sales approach focused on building long term partnerships
