Ideal Experience

  • Strong new business sales background within an MSP or managed services provider
  • Proven experience winning multi year managed services contracts
  • Clear examples of securing three year deals and onboarding hundreds or thousands of users into service desk operations
  • Comfortable selling recurring services rather than one off projects
  • Commercially confident operating at board and C suite level
