This is a senior, hands on consulting role. You will own delivery of high impact Copilot programmes across enterprise clients while also helping define the standards, frameworks and direction of the practice as it grows. With equity included, you share in the upside of what you help create.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Microsoft Copilot adoption engagements across enterprise clients
• Assess organisational readiness, maturity and change requirements
• Design adoption roadmaps, training strategies and enablement plans that move clients beyond pilots into scaled usage
• Define measurable KPIs tied to productivity, collaboration and operational efficiency
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders, including C suite
• Mentor Copilot Adoption Managers and AI specialists across delivery teams
• Shape repeatable frameworks, standards and IP that the practice can scale on

Ideal Experience

• Proven experience leading Microsoft Copilot adoption in enterprise environments
• Strong background in change management, digital workplace or wider transformation programmes
• Track record of designing and executing structured adoption frameworks, not just running training sessions
• Broader knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and the agentic side of the Microsoft AI stack
• Awareness of the wider Microsoft AI offering and how the pieces fit together across Modern Work and the Power Platform
• Comfortable engaging C suite and senior business stakeholders
• Consulting mindset with the ability to translate technical capability into business value
