Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Location: Remote (with travel to Manchester or Nottingham maximum once per week)

About the Role

We are working with a growing organisation seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
  • Build and manage Model-Driven Apps and work extensively with Dataverse
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and other third-party systems
  • Develop and manage Custom Connectors and integrations using REST APIs
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Ensure solutions follow established governance, security, and best practice guidelines
  • Work with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure DevOps pipelines as part of solution delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for existing solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform , including:
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Power Virtual Agents
  • Strong experience with Dataverse and Model-Driven App development
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Power Platform solutions
  • Solid understanding of Azure services such as Logic Apps , Azure Functions , and Azure DevOps
  • Experience working with Custom Connectors and integrating with REST APIs
  • Good understanding of governance, security, and best practices within Power Platform environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
  • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in the Power Platform context
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
