Position: Workday Integration Specialist – (12-Month Contract)

Location : London or Basingstoke (Hybrid)

This leading organisation is on a journey to modernise its technology landscape, leveraging data and digital solutions to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional outcomes for our teams and customers. Our client is seeking an Integration Specialist to join their Business Technology team on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and implement near real-time and real-time integrations using Workday-native tools (Workday Studio, EIB, APIs).
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to leverage Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.
• Maintain integration code repositories in Azure DevOps
• Assess business requirements and propose optimal integration designs and solutions.
• Scale integration services to enable self-service capabilities for employees and customers.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and use debugging tools to identify and resolve problems.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience building, testing, and maintaining integrations for enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, APIs).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and integration best practices.
• Strong knowledge of large, complex datasets (structured, unstructured, semi-structured).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with cloud-based integration services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and ETL processes.
