Salesforce Functional Lead

This opportunity is with a leading consulting firm working in the non-profit sector.

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Facilitate and lead discussions in workshops
Mentor Senior Functional Consultants and Lead Functional Consultants on how to become Functional Lead
Attend regular Tech Lead Forums and contribute to the outcomes
Perform development reviews for members of the operational team under supervision of the Technical Development Director
Own and contribute to the High Level Design for a Project
Plan and execute a Data Migration as part of Project Delivery
Assist sales with the preparation of Solution Summaries and Estimates (including pre-sales discovery workshops)
Review and sign-off Solution Summaries and estimates produced by Sales Teams
Support and provide mentorship to all members of your project team
