Junior Project Manager

Junior Project Manager | £26,000 - £30,000 | Norwich Outskirts

Move Out of General Admin. Step Into Tech Project Management.

Most entry-level coordination roles keep you trapped in repetitive data entry or general administration with no clear path into a specialized industry. This isn't one of them.

We are partnering with an established, carbon-neutral digital technology and software agency on the outskirts of Norwich to find an organized, motivated Junior Project Manager. If you already have experience working in a professional office environment but are ready to transition your coordination skills into the fast-growing world of websites and software development, this is your launchpad.

The studio is situated outside the city center, meaning the ability to drive and access a car will be highly beneficial for your daily commute.

Why this role is different
  • Direct Mentorship from Experts: You won’t be left to figure things out on your own. You will work side-by-side with Senior Project Managers, learning exactly how to coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and run multi-stage digital builds.

  • Real, Managed Responsibility: This is a true builder role. As you master the processes under expert supervision, you will take direct responsibility for smaller projects and client communications, building your career confidence step-by-step.

  • A Workplace Built for Stability: Say goodbye to chaotic workflows. You will step into a highly supportive environment that prioritizes your health and well-being, featuring a structured workflow designed to protect your mental health so you can leave work at the office when your day is finished.

The Practical Benefits
  • Salary & Growth: £26,000 - £30,000 with frequent, structured reviews to ensure your compensation matches your developing skills.

  • Substantial Time Off: 33 days holiday out of the gate (increasing with length of service), with the flexibility to buy or sell leave.

  • Premium Health Support: Private medical cover through Vitality Health, Aviva Smart Health (giving you 24/7 access to digital GPs), and free access to a confidential personal life coach.

  • Studio Perks: Electric car salary sacrifice scheme availability, regular funded team social events, outdoor breakout spaces with BBQs, and open-plan offices equipped with gaming setups.

What you bring to the table

You already possess foundational office or professional work experience and are highly comfortable using general software and Microsoft Office tools. You are naturally detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, and able to track multiple moving parts at once without losing focus. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong willingness to learn technical delivery workflows, and a genuine interest in how modern websites and software applications are built. Any exposure to platforms like WordPress or Shopify is a fantastic bonus, but not required.
