Our client is an award-winning digital agency based in Norwich city centre, supporting regional, national, and international clients for several decades. They work with a wide range of clients — from household brands to public companies. From the latest in e-commerce technologies to complex data integration projects, their clients rely on them to deliver solutions that are robust and scalable.
They are now recruiting a Digital Account Executive to join their expanding digital team. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the Norwich office and two days remote. Working as part of the Client Services team, you will support Senior Account Managers on large projects as well as independently manage smaller digital projects.
They are looking for a client-centric project manager.
Who are you?
- You have experience in client services/project management (ideally in a digital agency or software company).
- You are highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks with a good sense of priority and urgency, and you have a keen eye for detail, consistency, and quality.
- You are a positive team member, able to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and managers.
- You are commercially minded and good at identifying opportunities within your accounts.
Roles and responsibilities
- Help manage a number of client accounts.
- Work with the senior team to put in place development plans for your client accounts.
- Develop and grow your accounts, building strong relationships and developing them into loyal accounts.
- Report support service status to the senior team and clients on a regular basis.
