Trainee Technical Support Engineer Apprentice
VQ Solutions is seeking a motivated individual with a keen interest in IT to join the team at Club Control. In this role, you will provide technical support, including configuring in-house software and assembling hardware, to assist the wider technical team. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking to launch their IT career.
Role
- Configuring in-house software
- Formatting spreadsheets - Excel data import
- Building/testing/fixing hardware
- Supporting the team and technicians
- Supporting inbound calls from customers

Training
- You will work towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship delivered by VQ Solutions
- You will have a dedicated VQ Mentor, and will also be supported internally by your manager
- During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend workshop sessions and have monthly reviews
- All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours
