Currently we’re looking for a Software Team Lead to help develop new capabilities that are at the forefront of what is possible within Aerospace. You will be responsible for tea leadership and communicating development needs of the team line managers. In addition, there will also be hands on development

This would be for an initial 6 months outside IR35.

The following experience would be advantageous for this Software Team Lead role:

• Previous leadership experience of software teams
• Ideally a background working with embedded software
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile techniques
• Active SC
