Role Responsibilities* Lead the delivery of Yardi residential implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements from discovery through to go-live.* Capture and translate business, accounting, and operational requirements into effective system configurations.* Oversee data migration, testing, cutover planning, and rollout activities to ensure successful delivery.* Provide ongoing support and advisory services, including troubleshooting, configuration, and process optimisation.* Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.* Act as a subject matter expert, supporting client adoption and long-term value from Yardi solutions.* Build and maintain strong client relationships, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing.

Role Requirements* Proven experience delivering Yardi implementations within a residential real estate environment.* Strong understanding of property management systems, accounting processes, and operational workflows.* Experience with Yardi Voyager and related residential modules (e.g., RentCafe).* Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.* Advanced SQL knowledge and utilisation
