Role Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Qube/MRI software, working closely with consultants to deliver on time and at scale.
- Configure systems to meet compliance, reporting, and accounting obligations while supporting rapid business growth.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Manage data migration of property and financial information with precision and quality control.
- Develop processes for AI-driven data extraction on new instructions.
- Build and maintain robust compliance, reporting, and operational dashboards using Power BI and in-built reporting tools.
- Design streamlined workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver system training across the business.
- Ensure seamless integration with CRM, finance, and other core business systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for system queries, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years' experience working with Qube/MRI in a residential block management environment.
- Strong understanding of MRI system architecture, configuration, and implementation.
- Solid knowledge of service charge accounting, leaseholder compliance, property data structures, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, SQL development, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with excellent communication.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, iSAQB/CPSA, Microsoft, or AWS are advantageous but not essential.
