IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst Location: Barrow-in-Furness (5 days a week on site) Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Benefits: Generous Pension, Great Annual Leave, Life Cover

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience of 1st and 2nd line support on an IT Service Desk to become a service desk lead mentoring one member of the team.

Management or team lead experience is not required as they are happy to train you up in this, but you will need to have the desire and aptitude to do it.

The role is site based so you will need to be able to drive and be commutable to Barrow-in-Furness.

What are we looking for?

Two years plus of working in an IT service desk environment with good technical skills in:

  • Win 11
  • M365
  • Hardware - desktop, laptop, printers
  • Anti-virus/firewalls, patching
  • Full driving license

On top of this you will want to develop your career into leadership and team management.
