Role: IT Support & Workflow Automation Engineer Location: Billericay Essex - Site based moving to one day a week at home Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 Benefits: Pension, Training Budget, Bupa, Dental, Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically capable IT Support & Workflow Automation Engineer to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation. This is a varied, hands-on role combining the design and development of business workflow automations that improve efficiency across the organisation using Make.com and 1st/2nd line IT support.
The Make.com experience is key in this role so if you have that and not much on the IT support side that will be fine.
We unfortunately can't consider anyone that does not have Make.com experience.
The successful candidate will take ownership of internal IT support while also building and maintaining automated workflows using Make.com, integrating cloud-based systems and APIs to streamline business processes. Working closely with stakeholders, they will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and play a key role in driving continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise building workflow automations using Make.com
- Commercial experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT support
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration skills
- Experience supporting Windows environments, hardware, networking and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON and system integrations would be helpful.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills
