Integration Engineer

Connect by Cocentric is scaling rapidly, enabling organisations to provide their frontline teams with secure, seamless access to the necessary tools. A critical part of that mission is integrations. We’re looking for an Integration Engineer to join our team and build robust, scalable connections between Connect and third-party platforms like HRIS, LMS, and comms tools.

This is a hands-on role focused on engineering high-quality integrations that enable customers to connect their own platforms. You’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and delivery teams to design, build, and maintain endpoints that support real-time data flows, identity syncs, and platform interoperability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and maintain integrations between Connect and third-party platforms (e.g. Workday,

SAP SuccessFactors, Workvivo, LMS tools)

• Build secure, scalable APIs and services that support real-time data exchange and provisioning

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into

technical solutions

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for integrations — from design and implementation

to testing and deployment

• Interact with partner platforms and occasionally with clients to support complex integration

scenarios

• Ensure integrations are reliable, performant, and aligned with platform architecture

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration tooling, patterns, and documentation

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience building integrations for SaaS platforms, where customers connect their own systems

• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem

• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g. Service Fabric, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB)

• Understanding of identity platforms and protocols (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, SSO,

SCIM)

• Ability to work across APIs, data flows, and authentication methods

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

• Experience with HRIS, LMS, or enterprise comms platforms
