  • Proven experience owning and scaling a product defined by its user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
  • Preferably, experience with products that are embedded into third-party platforms or applications, rather than standalone products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and mentor peers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy
  • Own and drive the long-term (2+ year) product vision and strategy for Link, in alignment with the VP Product and Codat's overall goals.

  • Develop, own, and expertly socialize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Articulate and advocate for key investment decisions for your product, using clear business cases and build-vs-buy analysis to support your proposals.

  • Define and prioritise product requirements, focusing on holistic problem-solving and creating clear specifications for the Link product.
  • Lead a product engineering team to ensure valuable, timely, and high-quality delivery of whole product solutions.
  • Be opinionated on the whole product solution, from implementation to adoption, ensuring your product is not just shipped, but is successful in-market.

  • Own the go-to-market strategy, from planning and commercialisation to execution.
  • Relentlessly drive alignment on your product's narrative with GTM teams, holding regular enablement sessions and equipping them to succeed.
  • Obsess over product performance and Product Market Fit, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Values Led Leadership
  • Act as an example and mentor to other PMs, regularly uplifting, coaching, and motivating your peers to foster excellence across the team.
  • Build alignment across the business and with senior leadership, providing a sense of stability, calm, and direction even through significant change.
  • Demonstrate the ability to have difficult conversations and make unpopular but necessary changes in a way that maintains trust and drives the product forward.
Why Join Codat?
  • Opportunity to lead the product vision and strategy for a critical business unit within a rapidly growing fintech company.
  • A unique leadership opportunity as the most senior product manager in our London office, with high visibility and a direct line to the VP Product in New York.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment, driven by our core values: Useful, United, and Unstoppable.
  • Significant opportunity for career growth and development, with the potential for future growth into broader strategic leadership or people management roles.
