£50,000 - £60,000 per Annum

Code Red Associates is currently partnering with one of our valued clients who are seeking to add a Senior Business Analyst and Designer to their team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in ERP systems to design and implement comprehensive, cross-functional solutions that drive business success.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst and Designer will include:

• Gather and analyse user requirements, and translate them into detailed project plans
• Design and implement ERP solutions to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Evaluate performance of design and implement scalable solutions
• Lead and mentor junior analysts

The ideal Senior Business Analyst and Designer will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

• Proven experience with ERP systems in the manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and RUP methodologies
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Be prepared to travel globally
