.NET Developer

Junior/Mid Developer (.NET) – Hybrid (Middlesbrough)

If you're a developer who wants to actually build, contribute, and learn, rather than just move tickets around a board, this could be worth a conversation.

We’re working with a well-established UK engineering-led software business that has been delivering critical platforms for over a decade. They’ve grown steadily, without the chaos of rapid scaling, and have built a reputation for stability, quality, and long-term thinking.

This is an opportunity to join a team where developers are trusted, supported, and given real ownership from day one.

Tech Environment

  • C#, .NET (Core / Framework)
  • SQL Server
  • REST APIs
  • Angular (and other modern front-end frameworks)
  • Microservices

Nice to have:

  • SignalR
  • RabbitMQ or messaging systems
  • C++
  • Oracle

The Role

You’ll be joining an established development team working across long-running, business-critical platforms.

This isn’t a “follow tickets blindly” environment; you’ll be encouraged to:

  • Contribute to features and improvements across the stack
  • Get involved in discussions around how things are built
  • Learn from experienced engineers while developing your own capability

What Stands Out

This is where the opportunity separates itself:

  • Up to 45 days holiday (yes, really!)
  • Company bonus / profit share
  • Unlimited personal development; courses, certifications, exams fully supported and funded (some of these can costs thousands of pounds)
  • Highly flexible working; including extended breaks if needed
  • Predominantly remote; 1 day per week in the office
  • Genuine progression; structured, not vague promises
  • A stable environment with long-term contracts and consistent growth

What They’re Looking For

  • Solid foundations in C#, .NET and SQL.
  • An interest in building scalable, maintainable systems
  • Someone who wants to learn, grow, and contribute, not just “do a job”
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication

If interested, or you had further questions, please apply. One of the team will then be in touch if we feel your experience aligns with what our partner are looking for.
