The Role
The Senior Sales Executive will drive net-new enterprise business, manage the full sales cycle, and directly contribute to revenue growth.
You’ll be selling high-value digital transformation and growth solutions into the financial services sector, engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
We’re looking for an ambitious, performance-driven seller who thrives on prospecting, consultative selling, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new enterprise opportunities
- Build and manage a high-quality, consistent pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
- Lead consultative conversations with senior decision-makers
- Collaborate internally to craft tailored proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and reporting
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven full-cycle selling capability
- Strong independent prospecting skills
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Disciplined pipeline and opportunity management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience selling into financial services is a strong advantage.
Must be willing to travel (local & international) and be office-based.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to £75,000
- Uncapped commission
- Pension contribution
- Optional private healthcare
- 25 days annual leave
💼 High performers will earn significantly above base compensation.
