A leading global tech consultancy is building out their Data Science capability for a major client – and we're hiring across multiple levels!

Location: Coventry (Hybrid – 2 days on-site) Contract Type: Permanent

The Roles:

Senior Data Scientist (5+ years) – Lead complex ML initiatives, deploy production models, mentor team members, and drive AI strategy aligned with business outcomes.

Data Scientist (3+ years) – Develop and deploy ML/AI models, collaborate with data engineers on scalable pipelines, and translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Core Tech Stack:

• Python & SQL (Expert level)
• Azure ML, Azure Synapse, Databricks
• MLOps, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines
• NLP, Deep Learning, Time-Series Forecasting
• Power BI for data storytelling
• Docker & Kubernetes

What We Need:

• Strong grasp of CRISP-DM methodology & Agile delivery
• Experience with model interpretability & fairness tools
• Statistical modelling, causal inference & A/B testing expertise
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
